If you havent heard of Cannibal Ox (Vast Aire and Vordul Mega…crazy names) read up on them asap. They are the spiritual successors to the Wu-tang Clan. Everyone of their songs feels apocalyptic and incredibly gully.
Anyway, their first cd is one of my faves and they’re apparently making moves towards releasing their second. Vordul Mega has a solo album coming out on the 19th.
Check out their CD “The Cold Vein” if you like underground rap or music that makes you feel like life is a constant dis-topian junkyard.
